Aluminum Carabiner

As far as locking mechanism is concerned, aluminum carabiner is categorized into two types, namely, locking aluminum carabiner and non-locking aluminum carabiner. Non-locking carabiners have a sprung swinging gate that accepts a rope, webbing sling, or other hardware. By contrast, locking carabiners have the same general shape as non-locking carabiners but have an additional sleeve securing the gate. The aluminum carabiner manufacturer, NAL HON, produces its aluminum carabiner of locking type.
