Customization Process

  • Communication Phase
  1. Requirements Communication： Customers provide samples or dimensional drawings. Providing information on product functionality, material requirements, and quality inspection preferences is highly recommended to minimize changes and revisions in subsequent stages. The forecasting provided by the customer will be production batch benchmark.
  2. Quotation：Provide a quotation based on the communication above.
  • Phase One
  1. Initial Sampling：Cutting, 3D printing, or CNC engraving are available. The procedure depends on product characteristics or customer requirements.
  2. Sample Delivery
  3. Sample Testing： Assembly testing and functional testing will be done at this stage. If the equipment in our lab meets the testing requirements, we can also conduct tests according to customer specifications.
  4. Sample Feedback Communication： Detailed understanding the customer's feedback on the initial sample. If necessary, a second sampling will be carried out.
  5. Discussion of Packaging requirement
  • Phase Two
  1. Mold Development and Sampling：Mold and
    production prototype will be carried out based on the design and specifications confirmed by both parties.
  2. Sample Delivery
  3. Prototype Testing：Assembly testing and functional testing will be done again for making sure there is no error.
  4. Sample Feedback Communication：Detailed understanding the customer's feedback on the prototype. If necessary, a second sampling will be carried out. Appearance standards and functional testing standard will be discussed.
  • Phase Three
  1. Small Batch Trial Production：This stage ensures that the production process is error-free and allows for any necessary adjustments before proceeding to formal production. This step is optional.
  2. Formal Production：Production according to the quantity specified in the signed contract.
  3. Pre-shipment Sample/Inspection：Ensure that the quality of the formal products matches the agreement between both parties. Customer inspection at the factory is also acceptable.
  4.  Formal Shipment：Shipment will be processed according to the agreed terms in the contract.
